Do You Need a Referral?
If your insurance requires referrals, please consult with your primary care physician. They will assist with the referral and can schedule the appointment with our office.
Arrive 15 Minutes Early for Your First Visit
For new patients, we ask that you please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow enough time to fill out necessary paperwork.
Medical Emergency Priority
Additionally, we apologize in advance if you have to wait to see your physician. In some cases, patients require special attention or there may be a medical emergency. Under such circumstances, we will do our best to see you as soon as possible.
Cancellations Require 24 Hours’ Notice
If for some reason you must cancel your appointment, please give us 24 hours’ notice, so we can accommodate your request.

Cardiovascular Lab & Vein Treatment Center
At PCA, we perform comprehensive cardiovascular tests, including echocardiograms, stress echocardiograms, cardiac monitoring, nuclear stress tests, and different vascular tests. Dr. El-Zaru performs also other vascular procedures at his office-based lab (OBL)/vascular treatment center, including venous ablations and different arterial interventions.
